Who we are
We are a team of Designated Paralegals working under the supervision of a lawyer. We've spent years helping injured people navigate the complex claims process of
no-fault legislation.
We recognize the struggle to access benefits and wanted to build something better. AABA is decades of experience crystalized into one system, so no one has to face it alone.
Our mission
Our goal is to assist British Columbians to fairly access all treatment and benefits they are entitled to receive while they recover from their motor vehicle accident related injuries.

MaryAnn Reinhardt has spent her career as a Designated Paralegal working on behalf of persons injured in motor vehicle accidents in British Columbia. She has dedicated her time and effort to organizations in support of access to legal services, operating with the conviction that all British Columbians injured in motor vehicle accidents are entitled to receive assistance and support to understand and access all benefits they are entitled to receive from their automobile insurer.
MaryAnn founded AABA so that injured British Columbians would no longer have to navigate the system alone.

For fifteen years, Haley has advocated for injured people against the insurance companies that deny, reduce, and stall their claims. As a Designated Paralegal and qualified arbitrator, she knows exactly how the process works, and where claimants lose ground.
Haley holds a doctorate in music and taught for years at the University of Alberta and Rice University. She brings that same depth to her work now: thorough research, sharp strategy, and real advocacy when it counts.
Haley is proud to join founder MaryAnn as a partner in AABA, and to keep fighting for the people who need it.
